Gate Quilters St Blazey Gate This photo shows the Gate Quilters handing over a cheque for £4000 to Mount Edgecome Hospice. Lamellyn Rd, Par, PL24 2DD An Activity and Learning Centre for the Community, 01726 814509 The Burrows Centre houses the Happy Days Nursery and various courses take place in the centre for example computer courses. The rooms and hall are rentable and are ideal for meetings and training sessions, birthday parties etc. Lesley Coles runs a course on quilting and patchwork, once a month on a Saturday from 10am till 3.30pm.  Miss Tee's Teashop every Tuesday at 10.30a.m. knit, crochet, embroider, etc. Share ideas, books, magazines and patterns. If anyone has a problem with a project or needs advice, we help and give suggestions. We are a friendly bunch and would love to have more members. At present we have a core of around ten regulars.
